Terms and Conditions
A £100 per week deposit is required at the time of booking. This must be received by us within 7 days of reservation, otherwise the caravan may be re-let.
Balance and Damage deposit
The balance and damage deposit of £75 is payable 8 weeks before the commencement of the holiday, the damage/cleaning deposit is returnable upon report from the cleaner, this can be returned by chq.or bank transfer when caravan has been checked.
These deposits are to cover deliberate damage, and damage caused by smoking and extra cleaning if the caravan is left in a bad state etc
NO PETS ALLOWED. We do have a dog ourselves who will have been in the lodge .
LETTING ARRANGEMENTS
Arrival time is to be FROM 2:00pm to allow adequate time for cleaning etc. A set of keys will be made available. Lost keys charged at £20.00 each.
Departure from caravan is to be no later than 10am on the day of agreed departure.
The accommodation may only be used by the persons listed on the booking from, which must be signed by the hirer, who will be responsible fro the entire group.
Being a family park we only accept bookings from family groups. We cannot accept bookings from young singles or all male/female parties.
This is a NO SMOKING caravan if evidence of smoking is found in the caravan the damage deposit will not be returned to cover the cost of extra cleaning.
The accommodation must be left clean and tidy. Failure to do so will result in the cleaning deposit not being returned.
Should the accommodation booked become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control a full refund will be given.
Behavior
If, in the opinion of us or the park manager, any party is guilty of conduct prejudicial to the well being of others, we or the park manager may retake possession of accommodation immediately, without compensation to the party.
Cancellation
If you have to cancel your holiday you must telephone us in the first instance and NOTIFY US IN WRITING within 3 days.
In the event of cancellation the following charges apply:
Number of days in advance of holiday start date cancellation charges are payable:
Length of time Cancellation charge 56 days or more
55-29 days 50% of the total holiday cost
28 days or less 100% of the total holiday cost
Liability
We do not accept liability for injury, loss or damage, suffered by you or any member of your party.
Insurance
We strongly recommend that you take out Holiday insurance to cover accidents, losses, cancellations, etc. these policies are available quite cheaply from most insurance brokers.
